What was happening in Amman yesterday?
Amman was a mess yesterday, police everywhere, crazy traffic jams, closed circles, rumours of terrorists acts…thousands of people gathering for the opening of a mall?
I wonder what was going on. If it is really the mall… I wonder if opening a mall is worth messing up a whole city? (it kind of reminded me when McDonald’s opened a few years ago, and the street closed for three days)
If there was a fear of a terrorist act, I truly would like to know what we are facing here.
Does anyone know?
I didn’t go out yesterday but my friend told me that yesterday was a weird day.. Closed circles and traffic jam almost everywhere.. I told her I think it is because the weather was nice and it is Saturday -weekend- and most of the stores are having 50% discount..
I don’t know if it was the reason behind all of that..

well…i think it was some terrorist act rumour combined with the mall opening.

I heard rumors of a significant find somewhere in the country to fill the coffers of some of the elites. Probably just heading through Amman on the way to make deposits.

anonn… it is the first time i hear about it. For some reason i doubt that the police will close the city for this reason, i would imagine it would be done discreetly….
