   تتشرف ( اسم شاركتكم) بدعوتكم لحضور مؤتمر ال( اسم المؤتمر) و ذلك يوم ( س) الموافق ( تاريخ)و ذلك في ( اسم مكان المؤتمر)

   this is the best I could come up with…you can ad after the name of the conferance,the purpose of holding it.

   Hi Tamara,

   Thank you for your comment, i will use the sentences you wrote, however, I really have no idea what is the usual blablabla I will start printing it right now, will try to get someone to fill me in on the body of the invitation
